How to use
Whisk cup:Add 1 tablespoon to 1 ounce of water (depending on flavor preference), and shake until combined smoothly. This is the easiest and quickest way to get the high-quality protein you need right before bed. If you don't have a shake within 2 hours of mixing, wait to add water until you are ready to drink. Keep all shakes at room temperature (or colder) for up to 2 hours.
